Do you guys know how to use the Ps Eye for recording videos on ps3? I will contribute towards the videos if it works.

i haven't even got a ps eye XD

Things Needed-
Playstation Eye.
Flashdrive.
Eye Creat. Available In The Playstation Store For Free Download.
And The "Free Video Converter"

Ok firstly what you want to do is record your video VIA Capture with Eye Create, witch is available for download in the PSN Store. (Free)
Once you have your video captured Go down to the clip bar, over the video you want, Press Square. You will now see the following.
Options > Delete This Clip
Delete All Clips
Export This Clip
You are going to want to click on "Export This Clip". Now once exported, go to you Playstations XMB (CrossMediaBar) and go to "Video", You will see your video titled ECV_0000XXX.
Now plug your Flashdrive into your Playstation 3 System VIA USB Ports.
Now Go to your video and press Triangle, You will now see the following.
Month/Date/Time

Delete Multiple
Copy Multiple
Sort By >
Group Content ([]) >

Play
Play from Beginning
Copy
Delete
Information.

Go ahead and click on "Copy", you should now see "Select the Destination"
Click on your flashdrives' name. Once the video is copy'd Plug your Flash drive into your computer.
Go to http://www.tucows.com/preview/518513


Download the "Free Video Converter", And now add the File to your video converter, Convert it to what ever format you want, usaly for youtube, the recommended format is .AVI.
NOTE: Make sure you go to primeters, and make it so it saves to your desktop.
Now convert your video.
Once converted to .AVI format, you will now be able to upload to youtube.
