| What colours do we all think would be best for the websites theme? You can just give me a rough idea and I'll do the other work if you'd rather Background? Foreground? Text Colours? Link Colours? etc. | |

| I think we need a nice light colour for the background and for the text colours I reckon we need some dark tonned colours. | |

| Been testing around with light blue colour schemes and to be honest everything I've come across so far looks horrible. | |

| Why not something more subtle and easier on the eyes, so you can see it easily and it still looks good. A lot of the most successful websites/forums are like that. It can still look good, just not so bright/lightly coloured. | |

| I quite like it too, I'll still work on some layout issues. I quite like the white, though link colours will be changed. But I can try yellow if you want. When you''re done with a banner send it to me | |

| With colour schemes and layout, simple is usually best. I think the blue/white scheme works pretty well. Do you think every post could be a slightly lighter blue just to mix it up a little? I also think the links up top should be made bigger and that the boxes on the side such as latest topics and top posters aren't strictly necessary although I'm not too bothered. If other people want them that is fine by me. | |

| And just as I posted this, can't the delay after posting and then returning to the thread be instant rather than giving you 2 options.
EDIT: And where have sigs gone?

| I should be able to make every other post a lighter blue, I'll try it out later tonight for you.
As for the links at the top, because they're pictures I think making them bigger now will blurr them. I can look around for any bigger ones that still match the websites current theme though.
The boxes along the side at the moment will have many more uses at a further date. Me and Peter have plans for them to show things like a 'Game of the Month' image which will link to a review somewhere else on the website about that game, and a 'Featured Walkthrough' which will link to what we think is the best walkthrough of the month written by our own members.
Later on in the websites life when we have enough members, we're also planning to run a member of the month award which will also be able to be announced here.
Personally I like them as they make the website more than just a plain old forum and make the forum index a lot less boring to look at, at the same time as not making it too confusing to look at.
On the option of making it go straight back to your post, I don't think I can do that but I thought if you just waited a moment it's default to revert back to the thread anyway?
What do you mean where have sigs gone? You just go to 'Profile' along the top and then to the signatures area and put one in. Or do you mean your current sig has dissapeared?
